Crystals

I’m a girl, so of course I love glittery and shiny things. Glittery and shiny things that also rid me of negativity, bring me prosperity, and help me to be more graceful? Bring em’ on!

Crystals are a very “woo woo” thing for a lot of people. To some, they are just “rocks”. But to me (and to many others), they are a source of strength and inspiration.

In my mind, all things hold energy. And that energy interacts with and effects the energy around it.

I also strongly believe in the placebo effect and the power of our own minds.

So I’ll leave you with this, if crystals make you happy and you are drawn to their uses, use them. They will likely have a positive effect on your life and I encourage you to make them a part of your wellness routine. If you think they are bogus and are completely detached from them, no harm done. No one is forcing you to use them or arguing with you about your stance.

If you are the former of that sentence, continue reading to hear about the crystals I incorporate into my daily life:

  1. CitrineCitrine has always been one of my favorite crystals as it promotes health, prosperity, and happiness. One way I have used it is to carry a small one around in my wallet. I actually started doing this just before I changed jobs where I received an uptick in income, so I would say it was quite successful.
  2. Rose QuartzRose Quartz is the perfect crystal to bring into your life when you want more unconditional love, whether that is expressing it to yourself or to others. It also brings more harmony, love, and romance into your life. This is the perfect crystal to keep at your bedside and is a great stone for children as they develop the seeds of what healthy relationships are in their lives.
  3. SeleniteSelenite was a new one for me. It promotes peace and well-being and has been known to have a very high vibration that can heal the energetic body and spine on a cellular level. This stone can be used to clear and charge other stones and should be kept in a sacred place, such as your altar or in the room where you meditate or do yoga.
  4. AmethystAmethyst is my birth stone, so I have always felt the need to incorporate it into my life in some way. Amethyst is a very nurturing stone and can help relieve anxiety, restore hope, and dissipate anger and doubt.

All the stones linked above are from Open Heart Apothecary on Etsy. They are based out of Bridgeport, CT. This post is not sponsored in anyway and I am not receiving anything in return. I just appreciate the integrity and quality that this shop holds for their stones. Shipping is also crazy fast! Oftentimes, you will receive your package the next day!

Happy Crystallizing ❤
