Start your day with something that You do just for you. Whether that is yoga or some other kind of workout, meditation, a healthy breakfast, warm water with lemon, or simply laying in bed and counting all of the things you are grateful for that morning.This doesn’t have to take long, it could be something you do for 5-10 minutes. But before you go into the world you need to do something to serve YOU. It’s not selfish it is only to ensure that you will be able to give the best of yourself to others for the rest of the day. Morning rituals are important because of the fact that they set the intention for the rest of your day. So be sure to find one that works for you.
